Dear Colleagues,

 

The Organizing Committee has the pleasure of inviting you to attend the   6th Eurosummer School on Biorheology & Symposium on Micro and Nano Mechanics and Mechanobiology of Cells, Tissues and Systems (BIORHEO2018), which will be held at the International Home of Scientists ”F. Joliot-Curie”, located at the resort "St. Constantine and Elena" near Varna, Bulgaria, August 29th - September 1st, 2018. The meeting is organized by the Bulgarian Society of Biorheology in cooperation with the Institute of Mechanics and Biomechanics to the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the European Society for Clinical Hemorheology and Microcirculation (E.S.C.H.M.)
The aim of the meeting is to get closer clinical, applied and fundamental biorheological, micro mechanical and mechanobiological studies, promising new therapeutical developments and to focus researchers on the influence of the mechanical forces on cells,  tissues and biological systems. and  instrumentation development The meeting aims to ensure continuity of the previous Eurosummer Schools on Biorheology, held in 2003, 2006, 2009, 2012 and 2015 in Sofia, Varna  and Borovetz, Bulgaria and to strengthen the international collaboration and contacts in this field. Not at the end  the meeting aims to encourage students, postgraduate students and young researchers in their studies too.

We are looking forward to welcoming you in Bulgaria in  August 2018. We sincerely hope that you will find the meeting convincing and rewarding. We do hope that  this scientific forum will ensure very good conditions for an extensive exchange of experience,  views and personal contacts.
